Having won the competition to redevelop the site of the previous Dock Company warehouses, Browne Smith Baker were commissioned by Modus Properties to redesign a new town centre shopping scheme with covered mall, a 42,000 sq ft food unit and a 350 space car park. The scheme also involves the relocation of Seaham Angling Club and Seaham Scouts into two new purpose built sites.
