A town centre redevelopment consisting of 13 retail units and two kiosk units, situated around a central covered mall providing over 120,000 sq.ft of retail space with 510 parking spaces. The project also includes the relocation of the Stanley Bowling Club who will be taking a purpose built unit covering 22,000sq ft at first floor level.
