Browne Smith Baker are working with commercial property developers on the existing Retail Park which is to be redeveloped into new Shopping Centre within the heart of Smethwick in the West Midlands. The Centre will include a 70,000 sq.ft. Asda Superstore and 100,000 sq.ft. of retail and leisure accommodation. The list of retail tenants include Peacocks, Home Bargains, Poundstretcher, Argos and Mecca Bingo.
