A controversial site, formerly a long time derelict nursing home has now been converted into 29 superior four and five bedroom town houses on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield. Initially, the scheme received many objections from local residents. However, taking onboard the views of the residents the scheme was reworked bringing it down in height and mass, and re-designed also using a local stone to ensure the houses on Blenheim Mews were in-keeping with the local area.
