Previously University and nursing accommodation, these Grade II listed buildings had fallen into a poor state of repair when North British appointed Browne Smith Baker to convert them to 80 one and two bedroomed flats.
Restoration of the front elevation attracted an English Heritage grant. Browne Smith Baker ensured the front & rear facades were sensitively remodelled, providing communal entrances and disabled access to as many homes as possible, including two specially designed units with carports
