The original Old Police Station a Grade II listed building was built by the prestigious Londonderry family on Seaham seafront, as a base for its business empire and has been a local landmark for more than 150 years. Our scheme has converted this building into 10 high quality flats and maisonettes.
The development incorporates a new build element designed to maximise sea views from the development. The scale and traditional materials chosen were a direct response to the surrounding Conservation area.
