Matthew Clark acquired established factory sites in the South-West at Shepton Mallet and Whitchurch (near Bristol) during 1997. Since then we have been working with the client’s project team to rationalise both sites to accommodate the latest equipment such as apple presses and bottling machinery needed to increase production and improve product quality.
