The centre was built to replace the existing Library and now includes a new Library, Customer Service Centre, Social Services facility and a Community Centre.
The Library facility features self-serve technology with separate reading areas for adults, children and young people and the Community Centre includes a 100 seat conference facility and coffee bar plus meeting space areas for youth services and tuition facilities.
