A new Community Village area offers the focus of the West Park Project being created by Bussey & Armstrong and masterplanned by Browne Smith Baker. The main three-storey building will offer a new convenience store, office accommodation, retail units, and thirty-five social housing units around a new public square.
The design is based on creating a contemporary mansion block, offering urban density living within a ‘community village’ context, and has been directed by principles of environmental and social sustainability.
