This new 24,000 sq ft office utilizes cutting edge renewable technologies and achieves very high standards or thermal performance. The building is heated and cooled by passing hot and cold air through the hollow core concrete floor.

The design consists of two wings orientated around a central core which contains a café, reception and conference facilities. When completed the development will blend into its green surroundings.
