This second phase extension to Consett Business Park comprises the construction of a 10,000 sq ft hi-tech industrial unit and a separate block of three self contained office units totalling a further 10,000 sq ft.
These two new buildings hasl widen the range of units available on the Business Park and provide much needed accommodation to businesses who wish to expand into larger premises.
Browne Smith Baker were appointed by project managers ENTEC to prepare design drawings in consultation with Derwentside District Council. After obtaining Planning Consent for the scheme they were then novated to Dorin Construction Ltd to prepare constructional drawings under a design and build contract.
