Located within the city centre of Newcastle and adjacent to Northumbria University's main Campus, the new 10 storey tiered Student Accommodation Building will provide 345 bed/study rooms all with en-suite facilities. Difficult ground conditions have led to the use of deep pile foundations together with an elaborate steel framed structure all to be completed within a critical 60 week construction programme.
