This pocket size development is a pioneering scheme designed to bring affordable housing back into Wensleydale. Browne Smith Baker were appointed to provide a sympathetic architectural solution for the site and to project manage the scheme during its construction.

Any of the issues raised during the design process were sensitively resolved by way of consultation with planners and local residents. The development of traditional stone, has replanted ash and beech trees from the roadside to the housing site.
